Cook School student Prianka is back and is telling us all about some healthy fridge snacks!
Cook School is a nationwide project that’s all about giving you real-life cookery lessons, so that you can cook yummy and healthy food for your friends and family!
Check out the recipe below…
Here’s everything you need to make these healthy fridge snacks…
This recipe makes six snacks.
- 100g of peanut butter
- 100g of oats
- 50g of dried fruit
- A squeeze of honey
You’ll also need a mixing bowl and a tray to put them on, so they don’t get your fridge all messy!
Remember to always get help from a grown-up when working in the kitchen.
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add a squeeze of honey for some sweetness.
Then form them into small balls – about six or so of them – and pop the in the fridge.
Done! Help yourself whenever you’re feeling peckish!
