Weβre going to be checking out the sites of the historic City Gates and find out more about what London was like in Roman and Medieval Times.
Ancient London had seven gates β openings in the wall which controlled who entered and exited – Ludgate, Newgate, Aldersgate, Cripplegate, Moorgate, Bishopsgate and Aldgate.
Plus there are two more famous gates to check out…
Billingsgate and Traitors gate!
Itβs best to print the pages off and fold them along the lines indicated so you can easily carry it with you, however you can always download it onto your phone and just look at it from there!
