You should brush your teeth twice a day with a toothpaste that contains something called fluoride.
You should brush your teeth after breakfast and after supper, before you go to bed.
Remember to brush them for two minutes, twice a day. That will help make sure youβre giving each tooth the best clean possible.
Most electric toothbrushes have a two minute timer but if you aren’t using an electric toothbrush yet, set an alarm on your phone or listen to a two minute song!
