Having something in your eye can be really painful.
That’s because your eyes are really delicate.
If you get something in your eye you can try to clean it with saline solution or water.
After you’ve got the thing out of your eye you should not scratch or itch your eye as that can make it worst.
It can be really hard, but once you’ve got the thing out of your eye the best thing to do is it leave your eye alone.
