The heart pumps blood all around your body witch delivers oxygen to every bit of your body.

Without oxygen your muscles and your brain wouldn’t be able to work at all! So it’s very important that you keep your heart healthy.

A good way to keep your heart healthy is to have a good diet that doesn’t damage your heart.

The Mediterranean Diet is a good diet to keep your heart nice and healthy.
