Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity is a charity that provides specialist nurses and support to seriously ill children all over the UK!
They need money to do that and that’s were the fundraising comes in!
Not so long ago they had a competition to and they wanted kids send in their fundraising ideas. You may have seen the competition on the Fun Kids website and entered yourself!
And the winning idea was from…
Sarah (10)
Sarah came up with the idea to host a Roald Dahl film night, dress up as your favourite Roald Dahl character, provide drinks and snacks for guests and give a donation to Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity!
The judges thought Sarah’s idea was a simple and creative way for people to raise money for the charity, which provides specialist nurses and support to seriously ill children.
And the runners up…
Azaria (5)

All the ideas were judged by some famous people…
