Let’s have a go at inventing a Disney inspired dance move… The Simba Stomp!

Step 1: Start with the King Pose

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, hands on your hips, and your chest out, like you’re the king of the Pride Lands.

Step 2: Lion’s Prowl

Take three slow, crouched steps forward, staying low to the ground like you’re prowling. Keep your hands in front of you like paws.

Step 3: Simba’s Leap

Stand up straight and leap into the air with your arms reaching up high, like Simba pouncing. Land softly on your feet.

Step 4: Roar and Stomp

Let out a playful roar and stomp your right foot, then your left foot, alternating back and forth three times.

Step 5: Finish with the Simba Pose

End with a strong pose: feet together, arms raised above your head like a mighty lion, and a proud smile on your face.

Practice these steps to dance with the strength and pride of Simba from The Lion King.

You’ve got some great moves!
