Activity Quest replaces Stuck at Home. It’s weekly and packed with things to get you out and about now that lockdown’s ended.

In this episode, Dan visits GoApe at Mallards Pike in the Forest of Dean to take on their Treetop Challenge.

That’s basically a giant woodland assault course, all the way up in the trees! We find out about all the cool ways you can move from treetop to treetop and how to stay safe from Alex, who works at GoApe.

George is giving us loads to do across the UK, including paying a visit to Cutty Sark – the 150 year old ship that used to move tea from China to London – Lancaster Castle, and the Swanage Railway, a heritage railway that goes bast Corfe Castle.

Bex is talking to vet, conservationist, CBeebies presenter and author Jess French about her book, Slow Down Monkey, which is out on August 6th.

The book is about chilling out and relaxing.

Jess gives us some things to do in the garden, including hunting for mini-beats and ways to attract butterflies!

Finally, Anna Louise is on her mini-farm, telling us all about a noisy bunch of animals – chickens! – and how to take care of them.
