It was a weekend of highs and lows, Dan has picked the best and worst from the Premier League!
The hit this week had to be the wonderkid Marcus Rashford!
The 18 year old helped Man United beat Arsenal at the weekend.
Van Gaal’s team haven’t scored many goals this season, and it doesn’t help when his key strikers, like Wayne Rooney are injured.
So he had to start with an 18 year old boy up front!
He scored 2 goals on his Premier League debut to finally give the Old Trafford fans something to cheer about.
Rashford is only a kid though, so I’m thinking it must’ve been painful for him to do all that running when he’s still wearing nappies…
This is a little bit unfair on Mignolet, he made some fantastic saves to keep Liverpool in the Capital One Cup Final against Man City.
But he was massively at fault for City’s goal, when instead of reaching down and picking the ball up, he jumped over it.
Loads of people have picked on Mignolet as not being good enough to play for Liverpool, and after that attempt at a save I’m wondering if he’s even good enough to be a Goalkeeper!
The way he leapt in the air over the ball makes me think he’d be better in another sport, maybe in time for this Summer’s Rio Olympics?
