It’s time to play the music, it’s time to light the lights, it’s time to meet the Muppets… as they are back in the Muppets Most Wanted, which is out on DVD this week!
10-year-old Into Film reporter Oscar donned his best “evil frog” Constantine costume before heading to meet the legendary stars of the film – the one and only Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy!
Oscar talked to them all about dealing with dastardly doppelgängers and the joys of filming in London. The junior reporter also chatted to actor Ty Burrell about playing the role of detective Jean Pierre Napoleon alongside Muppet Sam the Eagle.
Oscar said of meeting the famous Muppet couple, “It was kind of like talking to mates, not like they are my mates, but I could be friends with a Muppet! There were a lot of funny moments. When Kermit was talking about Miss Piggy she was being very feisty, Miss Piggy would be doing karate chop moves and making all these ‘woiii’ sort of sounds.”
